Why does the server lag and crash so often?
It could possibly be your own net, so do check yours. On the other hand, the server might have been on for a long period of time so it could lag or possibly crash the server, regular restarts will be implemented to ensure this does not happen often or at all.

What do we do if we find a glitch/bug/hacker?
Post it on the respective forum tabs here on forums and the admins will look into it

Why are there no events?
Events are held daily, but to ensure the market value of certain items does not lose its value, we hold only a certain number of events daily per timezone so that everyone gets a chance to win something.
