First, title the thread with your name - the one you were playing under when you were banned from our servers. As for content, please answer the following questions:

Post your IGN-
Provide an approximate date and time at which you were banned-
Were there any GM's online when you were banned? If so, please list those that you remember.-
Why do you believe you were banned? Please answer honestly-
Post any other comments you would like to mention.-

GM's will look into the issue and will provide you with a response as soon as possible. However, please be patient as we shall listen to both sides of the story before we reach any conclusions.
