because i think it will be fun and i've always wanted to be a gm.
What you think you can do: I don't think i know =P i KNOW i can be on most of the day i KNOW i can host events and make the server happy and help ppl when they need it.
Experience (Show work if designer/coder, list servers if GM and prove it): umm i've TRIED to make my own maple ps but the debugging got messed up but im trying to be a coder with microsoft c++ =P
